You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and 21+ where required for certain products) and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the products you order and to the address where they are shipped. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess the items in your order.

We work to describe and picture our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free. Many items are hand-finished and made to order, so slight variations are normal.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or where we cannot lawfully fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment processor. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of applicable law, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to misrepresent your identity or eligibility to purchase. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the "WTC Arms" and "KAMO" marks — is the property of Wolves Trading Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

Except where expressly stated or required by law, products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any product you purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolves Trading Company LLC and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolves Trading Company LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
