Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how WTC Arms (Wolves Trading Company LLC) processes and ships orders. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. Questions? Email sales@wtcarms.com.

1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Many of our products are hand-finished and made to order; for those items we will provide an estimated build time at the time of your order. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days; made-to-order items take longer (we'll give you an estimate at order time). Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. We ship within the United States only. Some products — including high-capacity magazines and certain accessories — cannot be shipped to states or localities that restrict them; it is the buyer's responsibility to know their local laws, and we may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill.

2. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Rates

We ship via major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx). At checkout you can choose from the available shipping options and see the exact cost before you pay:

  • Standard Flat Rate — 3–7 business days ($9.99)
  • Expedited — 2–3 business days ($24.99)
  • Local Pickup (North Logan, UT) — By appointment (free)

Orders over $500.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where carrier service allows. We do not ship internationally at this time.

You are responsible for entering an accurate, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, and re-shipping costs for returned/undeliverable packages may apply.

4. State & Local Shipping Restrictions

Certain products we sell — including high-capacity magazines and some accessories — are restricted or prohibited in some states, counties, and cities. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where the order is being shipped.

By placing an order you certify that the items you are purchasing are legal to own and receive at your shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund, in whole or in part, any order we cannot lawfully fulfill or that we reasonably believe violates applicable law. We will not ship restricted items to jurisdictions where they are prohibited.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Delivery time frames provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us at sales@wtcarms.com within 7 days and we'll help you file a carrier claim or arrange a resolution.
