Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from WTC Arms (Wolves Trading Company LLC). This policy explains when items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged. To start a request, email sales@wtcarms.com.
1. Made-to-Order Items & All Sales Final
Many of our items are made to order, so all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If something is wrong with your order, email sales@wtcarms.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us at sales@wtcarms.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion. If a replacement or repair is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Order Cancellations
Because we begin sourcing materials and building made-to-order items quickly, cancellation requests must be received as soon as possible after ordering. If an order has not yet entered production or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products (including custom-finished furniture and KAMO-finished items) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items are non-returnable.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process a refund, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
